Grapes from a single vineyard, from the village of Quiñón de Valmira, Montagne d'Yerga.
Soil from the Quaternary period. Soils only 20 centimeters thick formed by carbonate sedimentation with colluvium of very diverse origin, containing volcanic ophite, quartz, sandstone, etc. covered with carbonate clay, sand and silt. There is a very poor and cold horizon at varying depths, characteristic white in color and containing petrocalcium calcium (calcium carbonate) generated by the
precipitation of carbonates. Its state of petrification depends on the management of the soil. Long and gentle slope (5%).
