VINIFICATION: Controlled fermentation temperature (24-28ºC).
The varieties are vinified separately in stainless steel tanks.
Maceration: 8-10 days. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats.
Cold stabilization, filtration before bottling.
AGEING: In stainless steel vats (on lees), approximately 3-5 months.
VINEYARDS: Grenache and Syrah from 8 to 40 years old.
Certified organic plantation (CCPAE).
Sandy fluvial soils in low areas, granite and slate soils in higher plots.
Altitude: 150m-450m

Tasting: Cherry color with purple reflections. Intense aromas of red fruits. Quite powerful on the palate with voluptuousness and persistence thanks to its “aging” on lees.
Accompaniment: Ideal for all types of dishes. As it is a young wine with a certain structure, it can be served with sautéed mushrooms, pasta, baked pizzas, rice dishes and white meats.
2022: 45% Garnatxa negra, 30% Syrah, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot and 5% Carinyena.
