Varieties: 64% Merlot, 25,4% Tempranillo, 10,6% Grenache.
Vinification: The 3 grape varieties were harvested in the second half of September. Everything was vinified separately. In all cases, a pre-fermentation maceration was carried out at low temperature for 2 days to extract color and fruit. Then they carried out a fermentation maceration with their skins for 6-7 days. In February, the blend was made, then it was clarified and filtered before being bottled.
Tasting notes: The blend of these three grape varieties makes Primer Negre a fruity and very sweet wine. In appearance, a beautiful ruby color. On the nose, intense aromas of red and black fruits and spicy aromas. On the palate, a perfect balance between freshness and structure which makes it a very pleasant wine to drink. Ideal to accompany blue fish, meats, charcuterie, stews, foie gras and soft cheeses, or to drink by the glass.
Total production: 13.422 75cl bottles.
Serving temperature: We recommend serving it at a temperature between 14 and 16°C.
