CLIMATOLOGY: After an atypical year in terms of temperatures and precipitation, the winter was cold and dry, more usual in these latitudes, giving way to a mild spring with precipitation of 250 mm between April and May, where we collect more 50% of the total rainfall for the year (425 mm). The summer is mild, with temperatures not too high (max. 34,5) and fairly cool nights, which produces good maturation of the phenolic components.
We harvested the grapes on October 6 in excellent sanitary conditions and slightly lower yields than in 2018.
The usual northwest wind is present throughout the summer, relieving the feeling of heat and representing a fundamental aspect that marks the character of the vintage.
TASTING:
With the color of santine cherry, bright and intense, the second vintage of this great wine is more open from the start with abundant fresh red fruits and essences of the high Mediterranean forest. Its characteristic aromas of juniper, cistus and orange blossom mingle with intense aromas of citrus fruits, blood orange peel and grapefruit.
Its elegant and full-bodied palate extends to the last receptors of the brain to draw the landscape of a unique and incomparable vineyard.
The purest elixir of nature which, like a great melody, crosses the physical to directly reach the heart.
