TASTING NOTES
Color: Lemon yellow with emerald green reflections, clean, bright and with very glyceric tears. Its density is visible in the glass.

VINIFICATION: Grapes naturally sun-dried on mats until the sugar level reaches over 300g / L. Subsequent fermentation in stainless steel tanks, stopping fermentation naturally, obtaining a residual sugar of 147 g / l.
