This vintage is fresh, tasty and is characterized on the palate by flavors of plum jam and dried fruit (fig). Its finish is pleasant and marked by a certain acidity which balances its sweetness.

Aging: 6 months in oak barrels
Tasting Notes: Deep dark red with a tiling sheen. Clean on the nose, with intense notes of dark candied fruit, raisins, carob and black olives. Fresh, tasty, with marked plum jam and a touch of dried fruit (fig). Pleasant finish with elegant acidity to balance its sweetness.
Tasting advice: Serve chilled but not iced (between 10 and 12°C). Enjoy with dark chocolate (more than 70%), tasty cheeses, especially blue ones, foie gras or pâtés.
