A sweet wine 100% Pedro Ximénez. Made from sun-dried grapes, and after 5 years aging in American oak barrels using a traditional system of criaderas and soleras, with regular racking and feeding.
On the palate, it is soft, full-bodied, and smooth, with hints of caramels, coffee, with milk, and cocoa on a background of grapes. A very good lingering finish.
Mahogany color and an iodized disc. A clean and shiny dress. Very dense tears of very slow descent.
Good intensity. Powerful and attractive. Roasted notes and reminders of pastries and coffee liqueurs.
