Baltasar Gracián is the main range of the winery. High altitude vineyards, different orientations and exceptional slate and gravel soils which, combined with the age of the vines, traditional bush vines, produce vintages of exquisite quality.
This wine comes from old Garnacha vines grown on arid lands, with low production and located in different parts of the Sierra Vicort at 900 meters above sea level.
Production: Delicate maceration of grapes harvested by hand, destemmed and not crushed in cement vats.
Tasting: Its intense cherry red color with purple edges anticipates the fruity and balanced character that it offers on the nose, it is a wine rich in sensations with aromas of cherry, plum and red fruits. On the palate, it is round and generous.
