VINEYARDS: From the 64 hectares of vineyards that surround the winery in Quintanilla de Onésimo.
VARIETIES: 90% red Tempranillo and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon with organic viticulture certificate.
VINIFICATION: Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes. Double selection of grapes and clusters on the table. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
AGEING: 12 months in French oak barrels from the Darnajou and Taransaud cooperages.
