Soils: Soils from the Quaternary era. Soils with a thickness between 0,50 and 2 meters, formed by carbonate sedimentation with colluvium of very varied origins, where we find volcanic ophites, quartz, sandstone, etc. surrounded by clays, sands and carbonated silts. At varying depths, there is a very poor and cold horizon, with a characteristic white tint and a calcareous-petrocalcic (calcium carbonate) composition generated by the precipitation of carbonates. Its state of petrification is determined by soil management.
Altitude of the vineyard: 400 m. – 640 m.
Climate: Mediterranean with a strong Atlantic influence and extreme differences between winter and summer.

Production: 75 cl 45.800 bottles. 150 cl. 300 Magnums.
Conservation: For a good refining, this wine must be preserved at a temperature of 12ºC.
Lifespan: Optimal moment of consumption from its fifth year in bottle.
