GRAPE VARIETIES: 90% Tempranillo, 4% Garnacha, 3% Mazuelo y 3% Graciano
The average duration of cold maceration was 6 days. Fermentations took place at controlled temperatures between 16ºC and 25ºC with a duration of between 14 and 16 days.
The Predicador 2019, in this vintage, was made with the bunches of our vines aged 20 to 40 years. The vines were lightly loaded with grapes, so there was no pre-harvest. The end of the ripening was very balanced.
Tasting note: Cherry red color with a high robe. On the nose, it presents notes of ripe red fruits. With a mineral character, balsamic tones and fine woods.
On the palate, it is fresh, with enveloping volume and a very long finish.
