Elaboration: Fermentation with native yeasts in oak vats.

Tasting: This Muga Selección Especial 2019 has a high dress and a cherry red color. On the nose it has a very strong intensity with notes of ripe fruit with blackberry and blackberry complemented by spicy aromas of vanilla and clove in the background that bring a lot of complexity. On the palate, it has a marked and well-integrated acidity, with very polished tannins and a medium body. Very silky and elegant, where the notes of ripe fruit reappear with well-integrated touches of wood. Very long and balanced. Reserve which, thanks to its good acidity and balanced tannins, suggests a great capacity for ageing.
Accompaniment: This wine goes well with red meats, lamb and all game.
