VARIETIES:
Tempranillo, red Garnacha, Mazuelo and Graciano.
WINEMAKING:
Harvested by hand. Fermentation with native yeasts in wooden vats.
Aging for 22 months in barrels from our selection of oaks. 80% of the wood comes from French oak and 20% from Central European and American oak.
Before bottling, the wine is clarified with fresh egg whites. Once in the bottle, the wine is refined for a minimum period of 9 months in our cellar.
TASTING:
The wine has a bright ruby red color, medium depth and a garnet rim. Intense and complex on the nose, where we find primary aromas such as raspberry or blackberry, secondary aromas such as vanilla or licorice and a subtle touch of tertiary aromas such as chocolate and ripe fruit.
On the palate it is balanced, with soft tannins and good acidity. It has a very long and fruity finish. Perfect to enjoy now, but also thanks to its good balance and structure, it can stay in the bottle for several years.
FOOD PAIRING:
This wine will go perfectly with meat dishes, such as veal, as well as Iberian sausages and all kinds of stews.
