VINIFICATION: Made using the saignée method. Fermentation at controlled temperature (13º-15C), gentle fining and light filtering before bottling.
AGEING: Aging in stainless steel vats for 4 months before bottling.
VINEYARDS: Age of vines: 10-25 years for Grenache.
Soils: clayey, granitic, terraced.
HARVEST: Manual, mid-September.
1500 g per plant, 30-45 hl/ha.
Tasting: Moderately intense pink color, bright and captivating. Fragrance of cherries, strawberries and floral notes. Voluptuous on the palate with a silky texture and a well-marked red fruit profile. Long, fresh and persistent finish.
