VINIFICATION: After a short maceration, the yellow must is obtained by bleeding to extract the best aromas. It begins to ferment in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16-18ºC.
TASTING NOTES: Straw yellow color, bright and intense. Clean, natural aroma reminiscent of the original grape. With citrus and tropical notes. On the palate it is fresh, round, with balanced acidity and touches of citrus.
