Pre-portion of fruit and minerality
Mirror of a unique terroir
On the Pagos de Anguix estate, located at more than 800 meters above sea level, in the heart of the Ribera de Duero, this magnificent wine is made exclusively from the Tinto Fino grape variety. Patience and wisdom are enough for this noble grape variety to express the true richness of this unique terroir.
The stony character with a clay-limestone background of the vineyards from which this red wine comes, marks its balanced profile and its fruity character, where red fruits predominate with more intensity, which is enhanced with balsamic, liquorice and slightly spicy notes. . 2020 was a very healthy vintage with a rapid growing cycle thanks to good temperatures and the existence of water reserves in the soil. The decision to delay the harvest was fortunate and allowed us to obtain perfectly ripe grapes. Creamy, ample, fresh and mineral, it is a red wine to uncork before a meal with intense flavors and sweet nuances: suckling pig, white or red meat roasts and intense grilled fish.
