Palate: Well balanced, with a soft and very complex texture. Silky tannins, with notes of cocoa and roasted coffee beans on the finish. Smoky notes develop well on the palate, reinforcing the elegance and complexity of the wine.

Consumption: This wine can be tasted optimally as soon as it is purchased. It is best to decant it 30 minutes before serving it.
Accompaniment: Perfectly goes with roast suckling lamb or lamb chops grilled on vine shoots. Also with oxtail stew, suckling pig, game stews and semi-mature cheeses.

Harvest: The vinification was carried out using completely traditional methods, with destemming followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
