VINEYARDS AND WINERY
Cosecheros y Criadores is a historical term that marks the difference between the historical producers of wine intended for quick consumption and bulk trade (cosecheros) and the wineries which, with the development of "modern Rioja" in the second half of the 19th century century, adopted the Bordeaux model of aging and storage of wines (criadores).
Cosecheros y Criadores produces its wines under the geographical indication Vinos de La Tierra de Castilla with variety and vintage and has a fleet of 6 French and American oak barrels.
