Cosecheros y Criadores is a historical term that marks the difference between the historical producers of wine intended for quick consumption and bulk trade (cosecheros) and the wineries which, with the development of "modern Rioja" in the second half of the 19th century century, adopted the Bordeaux model of aging and storage of wines (criadores).
Cosecheros y Criadores produces its wines under the geographical indication Vinos de La Tierra de Castilla with variety and vintage and has a fleet of 6 French and American oak barrels.
TASTING NOTES
Color: Clean and shiny. Lemon with greenish reflections.
Nose: High aromatic intensity aromatic intensity with fruity notes of pear, lemon, peach and grapefruit. Floral sensations, with strong notes of chamomile and jasmine.
Palate: Silky and fresh entry into the mouth, which makes it smooth and smooth on the palate. Well balanced flavors with a long finish and a touch of acidity.
Accompaniment: Goes well with appetizers, seafood, fish and rice dishes.
