The vineyards are located on the banks of Navarre, in the foothills of the Iberian mountain range, under the influence of the Moncayo mountain.
PREPARATION: This is a free-run wine, using the traditional Navarre method.
It was left to macerate with the skins for only 3 hours at a low temperature of 11ºC to obtain a very light color. Once fermentation was complete, the wine was racked to remove the coarse lees, leaving the fine lees in suspension for 5 months, with daily stirring to round out the wine.
TASTING NOTES: Pale onion-skin pink color with coppery nuances. Aromas of ripe red fruits, cream and spices. The palate is ample and powerful, filled with the fruity flavors of the grape varieties. Excellent balance between alcohol and acidity. In summary, a structured wine, very easy to drink and pleasant on the palate.
FOOD PAIRING: Vegetables, rice and grilled meats.
