Monastrell organic red wine: Intense ruby red color, medium depth, clean and brilliant. On the nose, notes of ripe red fruits, blueberries and black plums stand out against an elegant and subtle toast from the barrel. On the palate it presents a good entry, with notes of raspberry jam, licorice, combined with nuances of roasted vanilla and cocoa. Well balanced, it has a delicate, enveloping and juicy finish.

Aging: 6 months in French (80%) and American (20%) oak barrels.
