Cerrato Almadeoveja Curado is an exceptional cheese made from raw sheep's milk, which undergoes a ripening process of more than 105 days under carefully controlled conditions. Thanks to the expert work of the affineurs, this cheese has a marked character that awakens the senses and transports you to the essence of its nature.

Taste: aromas of long-aged cheese, creamy texture, intense aftertaste with notes of nuts and cellar, and an elegant and subtle sensation of spices at the end, which makes its consumption a real sensory experience.
Nose: Milky aromas, reminiscent of butter. Intense animal tone, concluding with a deep and persistent aromatic profile due to its aging. Of medium to high intensity, the Cerrato Almadeoveja presents aromas of long-matured cheeses and a creamy texture.
Touch: Unctuous paste, but with slight rough nuances due to refining.

Tasting advice: To be consumed at an optimal temperature of 16ºC, open at least 20 minutes before consumption and leave at room temperature to enjoy all its aroma and all its flavor.
Recommended cut: cubes and wedges about 2 cm thick, with a thickness of about 5 mm.
Marriage and harmony: Full-bodied craft beers, barrel-fermented white wines and Crianza or Reserva red wines. They can also be paired with dry cavas.
