Grapes: 100% Chardonnay
Vinification: Harvested on August 13 and 18. After being pressed, most of it goes through alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation and aging on lees in 300L French oak barrels for 4 months. The other part fermented and aged on the lees in a stainless steel tank at low temperature. Before bottling, it was clarified, stabilized and filtered.
Serving temperature: We recommend serving it between 8 and 10°C.

Tasting notes: Selected Chardonnay vineyards to obtain a balanced and high quality wine. In appearance we find a golden yellow with some green tones. On the nose, delicate aromas of ripe fruit and citrus with a good balance of toasted and pastry aromas.
