VARIETIES: 100% Chardonnay
VINIFICATION: Harvest on August 11 and 24. After being pressed, most of it goes through alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation and aging on lees in 300L French oak barrels for 4 months. The other part ferments and ages on lees in a stainless steel tank at low temperature.
Total production: 5.800 75cl bottles and 412 Magnum bottles
SERVING TEMPERATURE: We recommend serving between 8 and 10 ° C temperature.
TASTING NOTES: Selected Chardonnay vineyards to obtain balanced and high quality grapes. In appearance we find a golden yellow with some green tones. On the nose, delicate aromas of ripe fruit and citrus fruit with a good balance of toasted and pastry aromas. On the palate, it is full-bodied, fresh and tasty. A very gastronomic wine to associate with stews, white meats, fish, rice of all styles and blue and goat cheeses.
