juicy than the red arranged red fruits, and is well balanced by a floral and leafy background that keeps this wine vibrant and fresh.
Soft and elegant tannins, the complexity is seen through the layers of cooked fruit and the elegant integration of oak, through notes of figs and raisins.
Food and wine pairing: The freshness of this Garnacha makes this wine a good companion to mix well with fatty dishes such as duck breast, creamy cheeses and game birds. It pairs well with flavorful dishes such as mushroom rissotto and any roasted white meat.
