Variety: 70% Garnacha and 30% Syrah.

Baltasar Gracián is the main range of the winery. High altitude vineyards, different orientations and exceptional slate and gravel soils, which, together with the antiquity of its traditional bush vines, produce grape harvests of exceptional quality.

Old vines located in several plots in the Sierra Vicort, with clay soils and colluvium.
winemaking
A blend of hand-picked Garnacha and Syrah, made separately with long macerations. Aging in French barrels of 225 liters for 15 months. Selection of barrels with great aging capacity.
Tasting notes
Its color is purple of medium intensity.
A touch of toast, cloves, candied fruit, almonds, figs and cocoa.
The notes derived from aging persist in the mouth with a smooth tannin that makes it subtle and elegant on the palate.
