Grapes: 52% Cabernet Sauvignon, 48% Merlot
Vinification: The grapes are harvested on August 31 (Merlot) and September 13 and 14 (Cabernet Sauvignon). Macerated for an average of 10 hours to obtain the intense color that characterizes us so much. Then the varieties fermented separately in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16ºC. Once the wine was obtained, it was clarified and filtered before being bottled.
Tasting notes: The freshness of Merlot and the structure of Cabernet Sauvignon form a perfect blend for this rosé that characterizes us so much. In the glass we find a beautiful ruby color. On the nose, intense aromas of red and black fruits with a spicy background.
The palate is fresh and full-bodied, making it a very versatile and gourmet wine. Perfect to drink by the glass or to accompany any type of rice, fish, meat, cold cuts, desserts and creamy and aged cheeses.
Serving temperature: We recommend serving at a temperature between 6 and 8°C.
