VINIFICATION: Grapes harvested on August 27 (Merlot) and September 14 and 23 (Cabernet Sauvignon).
Maceration for 7 hours to obtain the intense color that characterizes us. Then the rosé must ferment in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16-17ºC for 18-20 days. Once the wine is obtained, it is clarified and filtered before being bottled.
